There is a simple answer to all these statements, which is; "You didn't choose God, He chose YOU."

Before you were born, God decided to adopt you as His son - Why did He choose you...?, Because God is SOVEREIGN. God Almighty in His perfect plan set His heart on you long before this world was.

Honesty is a lost value in preaching

Revelation 3:17-18 (KJV) "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see." So often people don't recognize their real state, especially ministers!!!! Honesty is a lost value in preaching, since it seems some ministers are more concerned with the modern "curse of inclusiveness" rather than conviction of the Holy Spirit bringing sinners to true repentance!!!! Acts:4v25-26."Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the Lord and against His Anointed One." Jesus pointed to miracles

John 10 v 37-38. "If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works; that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in Him." Jesus pointed to miracles being the way to know He was sent from God, empowered by the Father. We, as children of God, need the same witness of the Father by miracles, signs and wonders. Highlighting humanity of those who fall

Revelation:12v10 "And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of Our God, and the power of His Christ: for the ACCUSER of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night." The idol that provokes to jealousy

The danger today is creeping "anger, envy and hatred" (Eze:35v11>NIV.) The "idol that provokes to jealousy" stood in the entrance to the north gate of the inner court.(Eze8v3NIV) It was utterly detestable to the LORD, but today few seem to stand against this in the church. Time to cleanse the hearts!!!!

We need brave men to challenge false truth!

S. Johnson: "Every man has a right to utter what he thinks is truth, and every other man has a right to knock him down for it. Martyrdom is the test."

We need brave men to challenge false truth that contradict the Word of God, and not allow "so-called prophets" to claim revelations which ignorant men will be stumbled by. 1Cor:14v29-30 says so!!!!

2.TIM:4V3-4."The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts they shall heap to themselves teachers,----- they shall turn away their ears from the truth--turned to fables."

People have their own agendas, and cannot bear God's Word being their guide. We need to turn them from spurious doctrinal gimmicks and fables to the LIVING WORD OF GOD!!!!!

A timely word of God

2 PETER:2v1-3 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their depraved conduct and will bring the way of truth into disrepute. In their greed these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories.

2 PETER:2v15-20 (NIV) They have left the straight way and wandered off to follow the way of Balaam .-- But he was rebuked for his wrongdoing by a donkey—an animal without speech—who spoke with a human voice and restrained the prophet’s madness. These people are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Blackest darkness is reserved for them. For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error. They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.” If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and are overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning.

Redemption is in Jesus

‎"Let us clearly understand, the devil is a created being who owes his mere existence to the Lord God Almighty."

The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy, BUT our Lord Jesus has come to save, heal, restore and give us Life and Life more abundant. Jesus is manifested to destroy the works of the devil!!!

Redemption is in Jesus' Name and He has power over all the things!!! GLORY TO GOD!!!

Be content with God's choice

"It is astoundingly easy to be obedient when all your dreams are about being in command!!!"

The curse of society is the idea we are all equal, it may be a right but no earthly power is going to make it a fact.

As I watched the riots on London's streets, the mindless looting, buildings burning, and violence escalating I realized again "A mob is a monster with many hands and no brains!!!"

People react to mob devastation with stupid responses, giving reasons for brainless vandalism while avoiding the mention of SIN and HUMAN DEPRAVITY!!! Politically BLIND!!!!

"Jesus" - Born PURE!!

‎Our Lord Jesus Christ was the only man born pure into this world: the only one over whom the devil had no power from the time of His physical birth. He was therefore qualified to be the spotless Lamb of God Who taketh away the sins of the world.

Now every man is redeemable because of the infinite mercy and love of God shown in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ!!! GLORY!!!

All my predictions came true

‎"Long ago I told you what was going to happen. Then suddenly I took action, and all my predictions came true. For I know how stubborn and obstinate you are---. That is why I told you what would happen; I told you beforehand what I was going to do."

God spoke to Is:48v3-5 and He still speaks today to His called ones!!!

If the destiny of this world were left in the hands of corrupt man, we would be of all men most miserable!!! God is good and He is Life, and rebellion against the Ultimate Good and Truth, against God, is clearly a manifest testimony of the foolishness and evil of political leaders trying to create a Godless Utopia of the curse of LIBERALISM.

It needs then to be carefully defined what is meant by the word "mortify." Since it does not signify "slay or extinguish indwelling sin" nor "render lifeless your lusts," what is intended? This: die unto them in your affections, your intentions, your resolutions, your efforts.

We mortify sin by detesting it: "whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer" (1 John 3:15) and just so far as we really hate our corruptions have we morally slain them. The Christian evidences his hatred of sin by mourning when it has gained an advantage over him.

If it be his sincere intention and honest resolution to subdue every rising of his native depravity and the commission of every sin, then in the sight of Him who accepts the will for the deed, he has "mortified" them. Whenever the believer contritely confesses his sins to God and "forsakes" them so far as any purpose to repeat them is concerned, he has "mortified" them. If he truly loathes, grieves over, and acknowledges his failures to God, then he can say, "that which I do, I allow not" (Rom. 7:15)."

Temptations must come

While we are on this side of eternity, temptations must come; and, no doubt, "Satan has asked to sift all of us as wheat." But why should we fear? For He that is for us, is by far more powerful, than all that are against us. If we be converted

So, if we are converted, if the grace of God be really in our hearts, my dear friends, however we may have thought of ourselves once, whatever were our former high exalted imaginations; yet we shall now be sensible of our weakness; we shall no more say, "We are rich and increased with goods, and lack nothing;" we shall be inwardly poor; we shall feel "that we are poor, miserable, blind, and naked."

And as a little child gives up its hand to be guided by a parent or a nurse, so those who are truly converted, and are real Christians, will give up the heart, their understandings, their wills, their affections, to be guided by the word, providence, and the Spirit of the Lord. Hence it is, that the Apostle, speaking of the sons of God, says, "As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are (and to be sure he means they only are) the sons of God."

Indwelling sin

There are definite seasons of growth, and generally the Christian's spiritual graces are growing the most while the soul is in distress through manifold temptations, mourning on account of indwelling sin. It is when we are enjoying God and are in conscious communion with Him, feasting upon the perfections of Christ, that the fruits of the Spirit in us are ripened.

Nothing can stop you

Thank God by your second birth you have a future in Christ Jesus and unlimited opportunities to make a difference. People may not like or love you, but when they see what you are doing in His Name, they will glorify God. Nothing can stop you. RISE UP.!!!!!

God's people are let down by false shepherds

"Many rulers have ravaged my vineyard, trampling down the vines and turning all its beauty into a barren wilderness. They have made it an empty wasteland; I hear its mournful cry. The whole land is desolate, and no one even cares."(Jer:12v11-12)

God's people are let down by false shepherds, who make fortunes but impoverish the congregations!!!!

We need manifestation of miracles

"When you no longer see God's manifestation of miracles, healing and true new births, the church may as well become a part of the world system."

Without the clear power of the Holy Spirit we lack the manifestation of Jesus Christ in the midst in the church!! We do not preach political correctness, nor world systems of management. We preach the GOSPEL OF GRACE, FREEDOM, AND LIFE!!!!!!

Notes: (We have glorious gifts of God in earthen vessels, not super human and perfect bodies. Our upbringing and financial backgrounds effected any education, and attitudes to social issues. Our families' political views molded views of right and wrong!!! New birth and true conversion transforms the mind and heart to value God's Word, everything being judged by Truth, Grace and Love. Restore Compassion

"Physicians of all men are most happy; what good success soever they have, the world proclaimeth, and what faults they commit, the earth covereth."

It would be wonderful if preachers enjoyed equal benefits, but very often their successes are derided by envious peers, and their faults exposed by jealous peers to the biased media. May the Lord restore compassion to His church!!!!

Jesus Knows YOU

The world may regard you as an outcast but Christ loves you and has given his life for you. He knows all about you and will never hurt you, but will deal with you in the gentlest manner possible, according to your very condition with love, sympathy, tenderness and understanding.

He is a wonderful, most compassionate Saviour and coming King. JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!!!!

The Lord Loves YOU

Jesus looked at his disciples, who were rather frightened and told them they need not be afraid. "Even the very hairs of your head are all numbered." [Luke:12v7]

He knows you and loves you, he has counted the very hairs of your head. If you are in Christ, there is nothing that can happen to you apart from God.
The LORD of the universe loves you, he is your Father. GLORY TO GOD!!!

The ruler of the universe

Love protects

Pascal: "Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction."

It is a shame on the church that the self-righteous bigots in "religious" setups preach love while they practice hate. The gospel is about restoration, forgiveness, and healing.

Love protects and covers peoples' faults, not exposes and destroys them; that's the anti-Christ spirit. LOVE LIKE GOD!!!

People need a meeting with the LIVING GOD

"He heals the broken-hearted, sets the prisoner free."
The remedy for 'hurts' is not sympathy and psychological pandering to anger and hate!!!

People need a meeting with the LIVING GOD who heals and delivers from all forms of 'hurt.' What they do not need is support in self righteousness justifying their evil and UNCHRISTIAN reactions that do the devil's work, destroying people!!! GLORY!!!!

Lord, deliver your people!!

If the destiny of this world were left in the hands of corrupt man, we would be of all men most miserable!!!

God is good and He is Life, and rebellion against the Ultimate Good and Truth, against God, is clearly a manifest testimony of the foolishness and evil of political leaders trying to create a Godless Utopia of the curse of LIBERALISM.

False religion shall come to nothing

(Jer.51v53;KJV) "Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the Lord."

Total depravity still being our first birth heritage of sin!

Genesis:6v5."And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every imagination of his heart only evil continually."

Not much has changed, total depravity still being our first birth heritage of sin!!! Jesus came to save us from sin by His death on the cross, justified us with His Resurrection. Born again, baptised by one Spirit into the Body of Christ, His Church, is the only gospel. GLORY TO GOD!!!

The judgement seat of Christ

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences."(2Cor:5v10-11KJV.)
